After retreating to New Norcia for a number of years, Simon enjoyed a rare ‘talking meal’ with the monks at New Norcia. Over some fine soup and bread the procurator, Dom Chris, discovered The Globe! It wasn’t too much later that we began a rebranding of Australia’s only monastic town.
